These have a slightly more lifelike shape than Original Hitty. You can also carve them with an even more realistic shape, but somehow then the feet seem to need to be more realistic also. I have carved the traditional square-toed boots for this doll. Sometimes I like to do her barefooted, or with other styles of shoes or boots. If you're a hardcore Original Hitty purist, you might want to use the online pictures of her legs.
